Withdrawal & Refund Agreement
Withdrawal – by Student
We understand that there may be circumstances where you are unable to continue with your studies.
If You wish to Withdraw You must complete a Withdrawal Form. This can be found below.
- The date of withdrawal is the date that Ayurva receives Your Withdrawal Form.
- Send this to the office via email.
- If posting Your Withdrawal Form You are advised to obtain proof of delivery (e.g. by sending the Withdrawal Form by Recorded Delivery).
If You do Withdraw from Your Course, the processing of this will be in full and final settlement of Your decision to Withdraw. You accept that You will be unable to return to study in the future unless under the agreement of Ayurva after consideration of Your circumstances, and that there is no guarantee that this would be agreed.
Withdrawal – by Ayurva
Occasionally there may be circumstances where Ayurva are unable to allow You to continue.

- Any work submitted during the period of arrears may not be graded or considered for final evaluation.
Reinstatement
Students who are withdrawn due to non-payment may request reinstatement upon full settlement of the outstanding balance, subject to approval and course availability. Additional administrative fees may apply.
Financial Hardship
Students experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact Ayurva Office as early as possible to explore payment arrangements or support options. The institution reserves the right to review each case individually if a payment plan has already been agreed and put in place.
Refunds Policy
Substantial costs are incurred in accepting students including, but not limited to, administration, examination fees, tutor and room hire and printing costs. We often have to turn away potential students when places have been allocated. Our refunds policy therefore represents a fair and reasonable way of treating students and simultaneously protects Us from financial loss.
The Course Start Date means the first day You attend the first module of Your Course in Your first year of that course i.e. the first year that You commenced any studies with Ayurva (whether face to face or online or via any other medium as determined by Us from time to time).
If You are training with Ayurva for 2 or 3 years, this means the first day You started training in Your first year of studies. Starting the second or third year of Your course does not “reset” Your Course Start Date, which remains fixed at the original commencement of the first year of Your Ayurva studies.
Your entering a second or third year of studies does not mean the commencement of a new course with a new course start date. It means the continuation of Your previous studies into a new year of study. Years 2 and 3 are continuations of Year 1 and are not separate, new Courses.
Where payment of the Course Fees is made in advance, You will only be entitled to a refund if You Withdraw during the Cooling Off Period, i.e. within 30 days of the Contract Start Date.
Where payment of the Course Fees is made by instalments, You will still be liable for the full amount of the Course Fees in the event of Your Withdrawal from the Course, unless, irrespective of whether You attend Classes, You Withdraw during the Cooling Off Period.
No refunds will be available at any time where:
- You Withdraw at any time after the Cooling Off Period;
- You breach any terms of this Personal Training Agreement (PTA);
- A Force Majeure Event requires Ayurva to move Classes online or otherwise delay or modify Your Course and/or any Classes.
If Ayurva cancel the Course after this PTA has come into force but before the Completion Date, You will be entitled to a pro-rata refund in respect of the lost part of the Course, that being the time between the date on which Ayurva cancel the Course and the Completion Date.
Ayurva may additionally, at our discretion, cancel Your PTA and Course by sending a pro-rata refund of Your Course Fees or by instructing You to cancel Your Direct Debit.
Separate fees paid to Ayurva to secure Your registration are completely non-refundable.
